“The home was "functional" and clean. Price was good and affordable, would have paid more for better quality in general. The rooms worked out well for our group, 2 beds in each room, 4 bedrooms. Took kids there for a junior golf tournament and having a home made it fun for the kids and enjoyable for the 3 of us dads. Pool heater was broken and water was pretty cold but the kids still used it, somewhat. Hot tub worked great. The home was minimally set up and stocked. Barely enough towels, 1 per……

“Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. ”

“Large space, well laid out. Missed in details, such as dining for four, beds for six. Also, much of the furniture is very low and tired. Half of the new curtains installed wrong side out. Good area, parking, sign in, linens, kitchen, laundry, etc. Nothing required contacting manager. Helpful in site office, good pool and grounds. Almost great”

“The property was on the second floor but there wasn't a view out of any window, the unit had a dark claustrophobic feel. The living room seated four with a good view of the small flatscreen and the carpet which was in need of cleaning. The bed was confortable but there were no ceiling fans, no dresser in the master, and the lighting was minimal. The bathroom was discouraging as the towel rack fell off the wall and someone prior to me had experimetnted with some type of purplish die. The kitchen……

“We have been communicating with VRBO and they have been trying to help. We stayed for 2 days until we got a confirmation from management that we would be receiving the balance of our booking. About 6 to 8 days reimbursement. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received anything. Place is a big scam. I am surprised thatVRBO still lists this property.”

“While the inside seemed clean enough, this condo could really use an upgrade. The small outside patio table was filthy, as was the bedroom carpet. As advertised, the LARGE bed was in reality only a double bed. The tv in the bedroom never worked but worst of all was there was no hot water. Ever! Management texted almost every day to see how the place was and these issues were supposedly sent to maintenance but nothing was ever looked into or fixed. I'm sure this review will affect the supposed……
