"Amazing breakfast Very warm staff. Super clean room. The absolute best!"

"Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Very nice location!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, great location qnd value"

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "It was a pleasure. The view is stunning. The apartment is clean, everything that is needed can be found there and the overall location is very nice. I would absolutely recommend it"

There was some street activity of people and cars but not at all excessively noisy. The apartment is small, but was fine for three...

"Beautiful view, great location, had everything we needed"

"appartement tres bien situé, magnifique vue, propre et fonctionnel. un seul regret, le manque de réponse à nos mails et questions par l'hôte. nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls pour l'arrivée, le parking et la restitution du logement."
