"This hotel is exactly what it needs to be. A very clean, safe and well cared for property very close to Marco Polo Airport - walking distance to be exact and the major reason why I choose it. The check in staff was very sweet and helpful. Please keep in mind that if your check in is outside of typical working hours, you will need to call them to confirm you are still coming and instructions on how to access the main entrance and entrance into your room, as there may not be staff available after hours, except for emergencies. The room was spacious and very clean. I dropped something under the bed and had to retrieve it, and it was spotless under there. The air conditioning was excellent during my very hot summer stay. I didn't use their parking, because I took a taxi from the train station Venezia Mestre to the property, but their appeared to be spaces available in front of the property. One bit of advice, the restaurants in front of the the property are outstanding and are worth your time. There are no near, walking distance at least, grocery stores for snacks or last minute gifts, unless you want to walk for approximately 2 miles which is doable but not convenient. Overall very, very please with the stay and the price point."

"Our corner room, looked right down on the gondolas picking up passengers, so we loved that. Lots of entertainment. Breakfast buffet, included, was very nice. Hotel is located just steps off San Marco square, which is very convenient. Water taxi can come right to the door of the hotel."

"Overall, I had a nice stay. The room was small but comfortable, and I really loved having a back door that opened to a pretty little yard. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and although I didn’t have much time to enjoy it, I was able to sit outside for a bit and really appreciated the space. The only issue was that there were no bath towels in my room. The only towel provided was a very small, thin one that appeared to be a shower mat, so I believe the towels may have simply been forgotten. Other than that, my stay was pleasant, and the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"I really liked my stay at the Hyatt Centric. It’s right off the ferry stop and also right by the stop where you can get a private water taxi, which makes getting around very easy. I took a private boat to Murano when I arrived, but used the hotel’s shuttle boat back to the airport. Both options were equally good quality, comfortable and easy. It’s a bit far from the Lido and a bit of a haul from the main islands of Venice, but I enjoy the boat rides, so I didn’t mind. And honestly, a comfortable, clean room is paramount for any stay. There’s not much around as far as souvenirs or shopping if you’re not looking for glassware. This is Murano, after all, and Murano is famous for its glass, so there is certainly plenty of that! I had dinner at the hotel restaurant at sunset along the canal and really enjoyed it. The portions are American-style big, and the limoncello is strong! I loved sitting there watching people walk their dogs and watching the ferries come in, with everyone getting on and off. It was a lovely way to experience a quieter side of Venice. My room was quiet, the water pressure was great, and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t even touch the AC. All around, a good stay and I would absolutely come back."
