「We stayed for 5 nights and had no service for the room unless you ask. It was hard to get into the restaurants for dinner. The pool was nice and was not an issue to find a chair.」

「I’d have to say our stay was good. The cleaning staff was great, receptionists and pool wait staff were also very helpful. A couple downsides…from our “Camelback view” rooms, you could only see palm trees, no view on the mountain whatsoever. The downside of pet friendly, was the dog in a room near ours barking a lot and a strong urine smell in the hall, which props to the cleaning crew, smelled of bleach in the afternoon. It was nice to have a spa onsite, but I’d probably rate it 6/10. ...

「Service individuals were great at the pool and dinner when they had time to get to you. breakfast was extremely slow with very long waits. very understaffed so it to a long time to get food and drinks anywhere you went. 」
