“IF YOU'RE READING THIS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The place is old, dilapidated, full of bugs, and reeks of mold, old sewer, cats which their are 4, stale opened cans of cat food, and cat piss. I initially rented the room for 2 days in a pinch and the cheap price caught my eye,and although the 1st 2 days were unbearable I wasn't able to find anywhere else affordable before the 2 days were up but anywhere else would had been better. I was propositioned to rent the room for a month at 550 which……

“Amazing place, well clean and nice staff”

“When we arrived at the motel the office was boarded up with plywood. That should have been a sign. We went in the room and the floors were disgusting. This is clearly a motel from the 1950s and the pictures might be the rooms but they have been in heavy hard use for years. Worst room I have ever rented. We did not stay and had to search for a room at 11:00 at night ”

“Great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Easy drive to beaches. Enjoyed the kayaks.”

“Trent House was perfect for our needs! The water pressure in the master bath was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. The best part was the rock painting for our daughter who loves crafts/painting! The host responded quickly to messages. The art work throughout the house is awesome. Overall, the house is warm and welcoming. Also, it is quiet and we don't hear the neighbors or street noise. The house is in a great location to grab dinner at Fish Lips and ice cream at My Island Ice Cream;……

“The room was nice. The screened in porch overlooking the backyard and river was great, as it allowed us to spend all our time outside, if not sitting down by the river. Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. No one could have prepared us for the sound of the train, which is unfortunate for all who live near the intersection where it blows its horns going by. We got used it after a couple of days and……

“The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.”

She was nice enough to hang out with us for a bit and give us the general overview of accommodations. The vibe, the accommodations and the breakfast were amazing. Can't wait to go back!!”
