“The host was excellent with communicating. The property was a we expected, clean and what we needed. We used the empty garage to house one of our three vehicles. The other two stayed in the driveway. Our trip kept us away from late morning until late afternoon but a perk during our evenings was the entertainment at the Sawgrass Grove nearby.”

“This place is truly a sanctuary for beauty and the senses. A hidden corner that feels like discovering a secret, a little adventure where something as remarkable as slowing down, breathing, and perhaps getting to know yourself a little better can happen. Some beautiful places you visit and remember. Others somehow leave something within you. “Excellent all the way around!! Alex was great, will definitely stay again. The only thing I will say is if you have to have a tv in your room not the place to stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed the conversations with the owner. Breakfast was delicious and every detail was accounted for. Coffee, muffins, fruit, omelet, bacon, toast, juice and water. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.”

I initially rented the room for 2 days in a pinch and the cheap price caught my eye,and although the 1st 2 days were unbearable I wasn't able to find anywhere else affordable before the 2 days were up but anywhere else would had been better. I was propositioned to rent the room for a month at 550 which……

“Parrish Grove Inn is for sure the CUTEST AND COZIEST B&B on the Space Coast. We stayed two nights in the Palmetto Room and the service, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic of the inn exceeded our expectations. Both the owner and general manager were lovely and made us a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is perfect for a Space Coast weekend—we visited Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, did a bioluminescent kayak tour from Kiwanis Island, and even caught a rocket launch from the……
