“Maria was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. The house was clean from top to bottom. The property is in a quiet area and offers lots of privacy. My wife absolutely loved how "cute" the house is and said many times she wished we could move the house back to Delaware with us. We were in the area to play 3 games at doubleday field which is only 8 minutes away, making for an easy commute every day. We will most likely be returning every year to stay at Marias. The……

“Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. There are not shops and restaurants right nearby, but a less than 25 min drive brings you to……

“this rental was excellent ! If i could rate higher. My son and new wife got married at the Fenmore this past weekend. We stayed here- can't say enough how great it was-- very convenient- clean - large enough everyone had their own space. Game room was excellent for my grandchildren to hang in and also the groomsmen while getting ready for the ceremony. We were allowed to arrive early and stay over chek out time!! recommend highly !!!!!!”
