「Great communication with host. Google Maps doesn't connect it but the road goes through from either side. Had a wonderful stay. Near Vestal Parkway for restaurants and hikes property and nearby trails at SUNY Bing. Staris are narrow as noted. Will book again!」

「The cabin felt secluded and comfortable. A perfect location to do things. Some what clean. Had cooking utensils needed for cooking. Easy to find, access and host was available if needed.」

「I loved it! I’d live there if I could! The peace and quiet sitting around the fire was incredible. I’ve stayed there three times now and every experience has been very good. 」

「The stay was just what the doctor ordered. It was quiet and peaceful (No Blowers, for those of you who have to tolerate them where you live) and the cabin is perfect. Our lab loved the water. We couldn't get her out. We will stay again, hopefully in the near future. Thank you Lindsey.」

Family room was spacious with TV and was perfect for watching a movie.Fire pit with chairs was great to sit around and night . Host was quick to respond and accommodating and provides all bedding and towels which makes packing for your stay 100% easier . Would recommend this home to all our friends and family. Loved It! 」

「Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again.」

「Great place! Easily accommodated 3 adults and four kids with plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. 」

「This was a beautiful house and was well stocked with whatever we needed. The weather wasn’t great, so it’s good that there’s so much to do at this house.」

「We really enjoyed our rime at Rock Haven. Anything we wanted to do was so within reach either by walking or a short drive. There was so much to do that we didn't have a chance to do it all. The house and property are so private yet so close to everything and very cozy! We loved it!」

「It is an older property which has been updated with the necessaries, including kitchen and bath. We chose it for the location but mainly, because we were able to bring our two dogs. There were six of us and although the cottage was cozy, we were perhaps a bit cramped. That would not have been an issue but a rainy week forced us inside more than we would have liked. The location is beautiful - very close to First Lake and right off of Hollywood Road. The side road was excellent for dog walking...
