「I could not access the check-in information on my phone. We made repeated calls to the "Host", which was an answering machine after 5:00. We left a message several times and was never contacted with instructions. After 1-1/2 hours of sitting around waiting, I finally called VRBO help desk and they were able to retrieve our check-in information and relay it to us so we could finally get in to the unit. I should have called them immediately! (Now I know!!) Apparently, the information does not come...

「I have used Vrbo multiple times and have never had a bad experience so this was a first. I never received info about check in from host and had to call customer service upon arrival to get in. The agent did a good job and apologized but I still don’t understand why I didn’t receive info through website or get a reply to my inquiries. The unit was nice but it was on first floor and people on second floor partied ALL NIGHT the first night there !! No sound proofing for this or the heavily...
