“The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that.”

“I had a disappointing experience with this property, primarily due to poor communication and inconsistent customer service. Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, and I initially had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and assessing the property. Although I later received a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a late checkout, this was never actually honored. When I followed up, both the late checkout and a brief extension for parking were……

“We had very little to complain about it's a nice place vintage feel, and the wifi was down but fixed the next day all issues were handled pretty quickly however some issues like the shower needing an upgrade, and no instructions for the heater were the only negatives for my wife and I. ”

“I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. ”

“On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”
