“Super friendly staff. The kitchen there was absolutely incredible”

“I was shocked there was no free breakfast. I can’t eat $20.00 worth of breakfast. ”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“A lot of noise from the streets, there was a wedding party and several other events so hotel was more noisy than probably what is normal. Could smell smoking of all types in the hallways and elevator ”

“Very spacious, very clean and very quiet spot. Granville is a lovely college town and the main square was walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but it was a minor inconvenience.”
