「Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.」

「Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kantu Inn. It's a quaint hotel with lots of personal service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Marcelo. We loved his big smile and hospitality. He remembered our names and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. He's also a wonderful cook--he prepared delicious and healthy meals. Although the room was small, it was just what we needed, especially given all of our activities in and around the town. And the location was PERFECT,...

「If you are travelling to Ollantaytambo, you have to stay at The Quechua Lodge. The property is so pretty, the location is wonderful, and it is incredibly relaxing and Zen. It has a cozy, small community feel where you immediately feel at home. Edith and her husband Stijn were absolutely amazing. What really set them apart was how they cared for me when I got sick during my stay. They actually went to the pharmacy themselves to get me medicine and made sure I was looked after until I recovered....

「There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Lilium Valley! The rooms were always clean, and the hospitality from the entire staff was exceptional. Every day we were welcomed with a delicious cup of tea, and the staff was always happy to help us arrange transportation and answer any questions we had. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with our reservation, and it was excellent. The food was fresh, and they prepared our eggs exactly the way...
