「Central to beaches and great restaurants this cottage is perfect for your stay in Providencialis. It has everything you need and nothing you do not. The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an escort to the cottage. This helped us easily navigate the island. We loved our stay at this cottage. It will always be our TC home」

「LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however...

「Beautiful property. As someone else mentioned it isn’t 5 star luxury, but the views and the proximity to the beach is perfection. It is a little run down, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time inside. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch starting at stunning views.」

「The his house was amazing for its location and privacy. It was a perfect stay to relax and enjoy the nice surroundings. Beach was so close and the sound of the waves at night made our sleep so pleasant.I would jutst add that the house may need repairs and upgrades. Otherwise it was al perfect. 」

「Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience.
