“Everything was excellent from arrival to departure.
The room is spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely soft and wonderful, making for a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast was generous and included in the stay, and it was truly impressive.
Milk, orange juice, cheeses, baguette, coffee, eggs, you name it. It was abundant, fresh, and delicious.

“I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot……

“There are some big positives to this hotel but also some things to be aware of.
Positives:
-The owners (British husband and French wife) are delightful, friendly and helpful
- The secure car park is a big plus in Epernay
- it’s a nice 30 minute walk into town along the Avenue de Champagne
- Breakfast is included and is good and varied
-there is a nice lounge with a fire to sit in
