Champlain Hotel with Pool

"Property is very much in need of renovation. Room didn't seem clean. Guests were loud and disrespectful... probably about what I'd expect given the general condition of the property. Stayed there because it was about the least expensive option on the date of my stay but i certainly got what i paid for. "

"This hotel is excellent and very reasonably priced! The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good too (bagels, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, yogurt and various beverages). I have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend. It’s a great value for a very clean, friendly hotel."
