“Room was smelling bad the box spring for the bed was on th floor. Spent 1 night. Had to get another place stay after 1 night. My husband became ill 3 days after we left. Was allergic to moldy smell”

Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us.”

“Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. ”
