“Excellent location directly across from the city market and close to many amazing restaurants. Very clean, comfortable bed, enough amenities for a short stay. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. However, parking is expensive, uber if possible. Plan to return.”

“Yes, we recommend this property! They thought of every little detail, and if you’re a walker it’s close to everything. There is free transportation downtown as we didn’t rent a car.”

“The location is excellent, walking distance to the downtown, historic areas. That street is very pretty. Communication with Courtney was great, check-in and out was smooth. I could leave my luggage there safely on my last day and pick it up on my way to the airport. There was coffee, water, wine, snack bars in the room. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. I was traveling alone, I can imagine that the room I stayed in may be a bit tight for two travellers but it was said up front it is……

“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the location made it easy to explore Charleston and enjoy the nearby beaches. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go downtown. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out.”

“Beware of staying in this unit when it is hot outside. Upon arriving, we noticed that the temperature inside was not very cool. We addressed this with YourPad and discovered that the air conditioning unit is actually shared with the adjoining unit and that the thermostat is located in the adjoining unit. So, the adjoining unit has control over what the AC is set at. However, even when we could hear the AC running, we could still feel hardly any cool air coming up from the vents. We suffered……

“Convenient to King Street restaurants, nightlife and shopping! Having two parking spaces is a definite plus given the limited parking in downtown Charleston!”

“Great stay! Perfect location in a quaint neighborhood. HUGE shower and bathroom. No complaints. We thank the hosts for sharing their home.”

“Lovely place! Well decorated, charming and comfortable. Looks just like the Vrbo pictures. Comfy bed with ultra soft sheets and comforter. Great shower and water pressure. Good neighborhood and great location. About a 10 minute drive to most everything you’d want to see in the city (Kings St, French Quarter, The Battery, Charleston Museum, etc) and 15 minutes to McLeod’s Plantation (don’t miss it!). There are several restaurants and a corner grocery store nearby. Relaxing private patio with……

“Great stay, extremely clean, easy walk to shops and restaurants.”

“The property was clean and as advertised. Smooth process. Good communication.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The location is central to MUSC and all the shops and restaurants around the area. Loved the off street parking-we were able to walk everywhere! We also loved the added benefit of having a washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen since we were there for 9 days. The bedding and towels were extremely soft as well. Communication with the host was top notch. Will definitely recommend and stay again!”

“We had an amazing experience and the unit was extremely clean and in a great location. Communication was excellent and our time in Charleston was awesome. Highly recommended! Thank you!”

“Great communication and beautifully decorated”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo with our family of 5 (kids ages 3, 6, and 10). Check in and out were a breeze, and upon arrival, the house was spotless, and well stocked with all the essentials (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels. Even a starter bag of coffee). The condo was a great blend of historic charm and modern comfort, and we enjoyed having the cafe right downstairs for breakfast and lunch……

“Great place! Nice and clean and felt very fitting to Charleston.”

“Right beside French Market so if you’re a late sleeper, your going to hear rumbling in the AM.”

“While a very old and odd construction, the host did a fantastic job with the apartment. Most beds were super comfortable. No ice maker but plenty of ice trays. Make sure to bring any laundry supplies you might need. We couldn't find any but didn't use the machines in the kitchen. The bathrooms are nice but very small. So if you need room, they aren't super easy to move around.”

“Bugs..fleas? flying in the unit, Not any furniture in either bedroom mainly missing a dresser and sitting chair. ceiling fan in queen room not working. very narrow driveway tough to get out of car.”
