「We stayed in a double room, not the apartment which I thought of booked. But it was comfortable, clean and well equipped.」

「Great stay! Room had ice cold AC, which I. The heat wave was gold. It was clean, spacious, had a nice bathroom and was comfortable. Staff was low key, helpful and made us feel welcome. Location was great for Wimbledon.」

「Great stay with very friendly staff and frequent cleaning/room turnover. It’s a lovely building in a really convenient location, but it is on a fairly busy road and whilst the rooms were nice, they aren’t the most modern. Downside were doors closing noisily in the morning and rooms being soooo warm (it was during the heatwave, but upgraded fans or aircon might be needed). I’d definitely recommend still.」

「Need take a bus and walk few mins to get the hotel, The room is very clean and comfortable, room is not big but bathroom is. There are only three rooms provided with a very village bar on the ground floor, also it is the reception desk for you. The served breakfast is big size with toast, pastry, jam, cream, cearels with hot tea or coffee. Not sure if can choose hot british breakfast or need to pay for it in the bar. overall is good with nice staff if you want to have a quiet vacation in a nice...

「This is an excellent property to stay in if you have friends and family in the area. It is clean, accessible, good facilities around the area and very close to the trains/tube.」

「Although it is a small room, it has all things we need. However, there are many spider webs in the room that make us very uncomfortable. There are many dust on the wall and on the shelves. The blankets have many dirty makers that we could not sleep well. The light seems that not enough. Also, the entrance the the room is too narrow and the tiles of the entrance are not flat. They are like a mountain.」

「The owner and staff member were very helpful the actual decor of the property is well beyond it's best before date the whole property is very tired. Our room shower drain was blocked upon arrival which meant we couldn't shower for 24 hours not good in 30 degree heat.」

「Don't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house.」
