「The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.」

「Clean, quiet, lots of parking space. A shower curtain is short, so afraid to splash the water outside.」

「Our room was Spacious and the microwave was included in the kitchenette. Laundry area was clean and there was plenty of room even with two washers and four dryers. This made wash and drying faster. There was construction on the street so I didn’t like that and no street lights so it was a bit difficult to find.」

「The place will surprise you!!! Is a cozy well decorated place. They have everything we need from the coffee to microwave, cute beautiful fridge to comfortable bed and clean linens. The owner stay in touch with us all the time offering help every step of the way. The place is located close to Cooperstown downtown and just off Route 20 close enough to everything you need. I will definitely stay again there and I recommend to everyone.」

「The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service」

「I wish the weather had been better as I was unable to avail myself to kayaking and evening entertainment. Room was small but cozy and rustic, lots of wood and evocative of summer camping in lakeside cabins. Very old time style of check-in, and the desk is not staffed late at night.」

「Quiet and comfortable. Would be nice to have option to purchase a breakfast snack or fruit but not a big deal if you plan ahead. Pretty spot and short scenic drive to cooperstown.」

「Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.」
