“A convenient place with friendly and welcoming staff. However provisions, carpets and other furnishing could do with refurbishment. Breakfast ran out of provisions and staff tried their best to accommodate everyone but we feel they were overwhelmed by number of guests. ”

As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. “The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
