Excellent overall experience. Friendly staff, super clean room, fast WiFi, large smart TV with plenty of channels and AirPlay capability, beautiful swimming pool and atrium. Indoor parking which is very secure and large parking spaces. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the water.

The property is spotless, but the best part is the staff every single one on the front desk or restaurant was fantastic, I returned to their restaurant even after I had left the place. The girl at front desk in the morning shift was very helpful with anything I asked for. Very happy with the place, I will stay again.

Great location for ferry to Belize

The location was very good to take the ferry to Belize the next morning, and also to enjoy the activities on the malecon on a Friday night. The hotel room itself was very uncomfortable - it had no window! However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice location

Well situated near the beautiful malecon area and major shopping area. The rooms are comfortable but they don't provide face towels so bring your own. There is covered parking wirh security. The morning breakfast buffet was good. I woyld recommend.

I liked that there was an exit through the garage that takes you straight to the strip, on the strip you get to enjoy a lot of entertainment for the entire family. Many restaurants clubs and food trucks. However, even with all the entertainment the hotel is very quiet. I did not like that they closed the garage doors which we used to go for a walk and then when we returned we were not able to get in and had to go around.
