Charming old school property

The Chipley property matched the property description and the reviews. It is clean, spacious and well stocked. Close to a lot of parks and Chipley itself is cute. Check in and check out were easy and there is plenty of parking. Would recommend for family get togethers.

What we needed

We were a group of 4 adults and the house was more than enough for us! We just needed a place to rest our bodies after scuba diving in Panama City both days this wknd and it was nice to come back to a cooled house, big showers, and leather E- recliners! The Vintage look and feel was fun, with so many details that were unique (l really liked the guest bathroom wallpaper and the kitchen cabinets style!) The price was actually reasonable compared to so many other places we looked at, and the host was very responsive. I appreciated this place!

Perfect place for the family

We were in town due to a family funeral, and this house was even better than we anticipated! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family. The yard was perfect for the kids to burn off energy! We will definitely stay again our next trip. Highly recommend!

Big and very clean family home for vacation in Chipley. Big yard for kids to run around. Trail and Falling Waters Park nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice property

Stayed here for a wedding in the area. Property was clean and ac was cold. Living room furniture matched the time period decor but was a little uncomfortable. I would stay here again. Nice shower.

Chipley Ranch

Every year we are in Chipley for a family reunion. We have always stayed in hotels before and thought we'd try a rental this year. This worked out wonderful! The property is exactly the way it is described. We hope to rent again next year!
