It was the second time that we stayed in this hotel. It was very spacious for the price and service standard in central Tokyo. Close to several metro lines and a JR station. The only two complaints include the curtain which was not a blackout curtain. Being very sensitive to light, I had to put my eye mask on at sleep but still woken up by light from the window every morning. Second thing is I wish they could provide amenities like shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in regular size instead...

The staffs are excellent and extremely helpful. When I checked-in the room, I found it was dark and I didn’t like it . It was certainly not their fault, just I booked the wrong room. However, they were very willing to change me to another room. I was so impressed.

Great location, staff service and command of English, good variety of breakfast at Grand Kitchen and excellent food at Esterre. Very enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel! The room is big enough in Tokyo! Amazing bathroom! Love it

Loved my stay, newly renovated rooms

Sofa cleanliness can be better.

Very Japan very polite service. Excellent location.

The place was clean, stylish and very quiet. Great privacy is ensured yet extremely convenient. Staffs were always nice and helpful. Hopefully we can come back again soon next year.

very good
