「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.

「交通方便，19、38公車站牌走路幾分鐘就到，地鐵站跟大英博物館也在走路十幾分鐘就到的地方，Brunswick Center有大型超市（中西皆有），自己煮食也很方便。附近維吾爾餐廳Atush的大盤雞也不錯吃，炒青菜價格也不錯。有一天因為使用微波爐的問題需要員工幫忙處理，員工也非常有耐性，最後還幫我搬了一台微波爐來。
唯一小小的缺點就是，房間比照片稍微有點不同，比我想像中小跟舊一點，總之我一個人住了7晚，安全方面也還不錯，如果有機會是個我還會想再回去住的地方！」
