“We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.”

“Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.”

“room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.”

“Too close to the pub area, single glaze windows not good enough to block the noise from the pubs, very noisy at night ”

“The best of Islay”

“The check-in and check-out processes are excellent; hassle free! The room is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is super convenient.”

“Hotel was excellent for a single night stay. Bar was very nice, but pricey. Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice and excellent menu choices were tasty. Room was adequate, with good WiFi and TV reception. Was a very dark room, but this is part of the hotel vibe, may not be to everyone’s taste”

“Staff were so nice and very helpful from time we arrived. Hotel had been recently upgraded and was lovely, very clean and fresh. Bed was a dream, so comfortable. Everything on doorstep. Shops and restaurants galore. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“Friendly staff and good breakfast!”

“Bathroom smell bad. 4ppl room only provide 2ppl towel”
