「新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住」

「La struttura è perfetta, ottima la colazione molto bello il bar, piscina e SPA ,il personale molto professionale e sempre con il sorriso, un ringraziamento particolare per la sua disponibilità e professionalità a Maria alla Reception. Consiglio a tutti questo Hotel non solo per quanto elencato sopra ma anche per la sua posizione nelle centro della città vecchia. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.」

「El lugar es absolutamente hermoso. Está super bien ubicado, la persona no habla mucho español pero siempre te contesta por whats. La instalación está perfecta y es hermosa. Lo único es que si te toca los pisos de arriba son escaleras pero sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. 」

「Julia was amazing! The day before my arrival she contacted me to confirm arrival time. She was very attentive. The location is very central and in a good area with everything no more than 20 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. 」

「This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...

「Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. 」
