“Perfect from the minute we checked in to the minute we left. The service was attentive, the food and cocktails were amazing. The spa is an added bonus and was really good, including a realy good massage. ”

“Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage.”

“We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge.This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Overall our stay was impacted with the odour of the flooded room drifting into our sleeping space. Despite apologies from the owners no further compensation or consideration was……

“The room is spacious and clean. However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later. Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue.”

“我們從聖地牙哥坐巴士過來，下車後，只走7分鐘就到了。飯店人員很客氣，速度很快。房間大，房號1001，可以看整個舊城區，風景太棒了。早餐更不用說，太棒了。主廚都在巡。我們住了5天四夜，非常愉快。到景點，都用走的可以到。不要忘了，5點半，起床到河邊看日出。回機場，坐601巴士，約30分就到，很方便，離飯店3分鐘。飯店應該是6星級才對。Thanks very much. ”

“We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. The location is super convenient, nearly all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. As it locates in the center of the old town, the downside will be the noise, we couldn't sleep well as lots of people in the street making noises during midnight. Also it is on the top level so the air-conditioning……
