“Excellent reasonably priced place to stay and walk around Porto. Close to major attractions and many dinning options in the area. Felt very safe and comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and spotless.
The front desk staff were very friendly and Henrique gave us many tips to see in the area and where to eat which were helpful.

“This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly, our room was beautiful and the hotel grounds are looked after with a real sense of care and pride. Breakfast was a highlight of the day! The outdoor pool area and various other seating areas around the hotel gave us many opportunities to relax and read. Although about a 30 min walk from the centre of Porto, there are many excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk of the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palacete……

“What a beautiful property! The rooms are so gorgeous and the building as well...you feel like you are going back in time. The staff is amazing- we were given excellent recommendations by the woman at the check in and followed her advice and saw so much of Porto in 2 days! New decoration, very new and clean. Location is great, can reach most attractions on foot.
Free parking in the facility is secure and wonderful.
Negative:
We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. Need to reach them by phone or the email response via hotel.com can be 6-12 hours later.

“The apartment was beautiful, tasteful designed, clean and had everything we needed (loved the little housekeeping kit, very thoughtful!)
The communication was quick and on point. If you are a light sleeper be aware of a noisy area and that you can hear everything through the walls.
