Rooms were recently remodeled and in good clean shape. The common areas of the hotel still need work though. It’s noisy and all of the common areas usually have a faint marijuana smell and that can be annoying. Also alot of random sketchy foot traffic all over the parking lot for some reason.

Booked at the wrong time

I didn't find out until I checked in on Friday night that the hotel was remodeling. I woke up Saturday morning to loud walking, dragging, and slamming. The floor in my room was slippery and damp, but nothing spilled on it, so I don't understand what was causing it. The nicest thing was that the receptionist was very friendly.

Perfect for an overnight

We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. We got a room that had a little kitchen area too. It was all great the only downfall was there was no kitchen stuff. No bowls, plates, no cups, forks and ect. No big deal we mad due.

Other than a domestic violence situation going on in the lobby that escalated, it felt like a homeless shelter. With the price, not sure what I expected. Toilet handle didnt work (had to manipulate the flush), tv didnt work and my window was wide open when i walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Simple I guess you could say.

Overall our experience was good. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room itself had a weird smell when we first arrived and our toilet was not working properly. There was several areas throughout the room that had duct tape on it. The kitchen was pretty outdated . Overall the room serverd it's purpose for our families one night stay.

Judging from the reviews I was very hesitant about reserving a room here. We got a studio suite which included the kitchen and while it was no frills, it was not bad. The room was decent and clean. Only complaint was the strong smell of stale smoke in our room. It didn’t get any easier as the night went on. But all in all, a lot better than I expected.

The property is what it is - an extended stay domicile for folks on a tight budget that need a basic, clean, reasonably quiet pied a terre. The property was pretty clean and fairly quiet. It's dated, but everything works and nothing's broken or tatty. Our room was 2 queen beds in a slightly divided layout with a full kitchen and work/eating area. The kitchen had sufficient appliances and it was advertised that any utensils, pans, dishware were available if needed. Unfortunately, when only 2 forks were needed for a delivery salad the staff could only find 2 still lying, unwashed, in the sink of the property's galley. Any hope of pots, pans & dishes would have been a fool's errand. The property still has some useful life in it if the management would address only a few, relatively small, deficiencies. If you're planning to cook, bring your own stuff. The place is good enough that one shouldn't write it off.

No Elevator

cons: no elevator. extended stay - i'm bringing in lots of stuff, all had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs (and back down on departure!). Floors were filthy; my barefeet were black after walking around. Toilet in first room overflowed raw sewage onto floor. second room, ok, but flushed slowly. kitchen worked fine; ask for utensils, etc at desk, although selection very slim, so bring your own. Pro: A/C, wifi, bed all met expectations. nice that wifi didn't shut off each day, but stayed connected. nice big fridge/freezer. service - staff was polite, moved us to new room after toilet fiasco. however, acted as if dirty floors were out of their control. noticed sign at desk w "no tissue" as i checked out. Who runs out of toilet paper?!! (aside from hurricanes and covid in 2020)
