Too much trouble with electronic locks, getting the fob and getting in the apartment. Batteries need changed on a schedule, not when they quit working. No washcloths, not table and chairs to use in the kitchen. No shelves in shower, no towel rack for the vanity sink. Great location, helpful staff in the building. The call response was ok, they didn’t listen to me very well about what the lock was and wasn’t doing.
