"Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location excellent. Good facilities. Breakfast lovely and very varied options. Had to pay extra for parking and use of pool when not so previously. Parking I was aware of but not pool prior to visit. "

"We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm. Had dinner at the Brasserie and really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend adding it on during your stay. Lots of parking, wildlife and good location. Bus available into the city centre. We would definitely return! 2 adults & 3 young children - 2 connecting rooms. "
