“Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience.”

“Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.”

“Beautiful location--pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Be prepared for the stairs, but it is so worth it! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings. First class interior. Cant recommend it enough!”

“Lovely lodge with everything you need. It was clean throughout and smelled really fresh too. Being able to access netflix and Amazon prime is such a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Words cannot describe how great of a stay we had. The property was beyond beautiful. The location was perfect. Dollar was a wonderful little town, and Stirling definitely lived up to its reputation. Having parking for two vehicles and a washer and dryer were an added bonus. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed our time there. ”

“Tres décu par le site hotels.com Il n'y a aucune section sur l'application pour recevoir des messages. Je n'ai reçu aucune notification comme quoi l'hôte avait envoyé des messages. Cela ne passe que par des emails et ce jour-là il y avait une panne informatique mondiale, dont une panne avec mes emails. Je n'ai donc jamais reçu la procédure à suivre. Cest en arrivant le soir devant la maison qu'on s'est rendu compte qu'il y avait une boite à clef mais nous n'avions pas le code ! Au bout d'1h……
