「糟糕的房间，冲淋房地漏堵漏住，顶上漏水，地漏散发出阵阵恶臭，床垫很差！」

「No mini bar, no hair dryer, door that could blow down in a moderate wind, bathroom that hadnt been cleaned in a month, carpet covered in half eaten food, chocolate bar fudge cookies ect. One day the turn down service consisted of making one bed (we had 3)and leaving the door to our room ajar. No fresh towels or tea facilities restocked or floor hoovered (we were later told by reception that they dont vaccuuum the rooms?!?!). Waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken in the adjacent pub then 1...

「Great location in Falkirk. GPS wasn't accurate so we parked up and went walking to find door. We didn't read whole property description so got caught out with there being no lift. Try to book room on first floor as there are only 24 steps to that one !」

「The room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darkness」

「We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!」
