Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. 」

Great with my grandson who was disappointed he didnt get to say goodbye . Hotel is a little dated but didn't ruin our stay. The only moan i have is that the room was very hot and not thermostat. 」

Centrally located in Glastonbury, it is a cosy community space frequented by locals and pilgrims alike. The hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink in its bar or spend the night in one of its comfortable rooms. As to whether it is haunted, well, stay the night and find out for yourself. Either way, It is a genuine pleasure.」

「What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.」

Close drive to restaurants, supermarkets and places of beauty and tranquility. Stone's throw from Glastonbury. Totally recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.」
