The loft was not clean but I brought my own cleaning supplies and no WiFi or tv the whole stay it is broken and it’s been two weeks they stole my 250 dollar deposit I keep calling won’t let you speak to anyone else and has yet to return my money and now they won’t answer the phone all together they are just stealing

Einfach nur unterirdisch. Mobiliar entweder nicht vorhanden, verdreckt oder defekt. Küchenzeile völlig verdreckt, Ausstattung ? Deckel ohne Topf, Besteck bestehend aus 3 Messern ohne Gabel, Löffel. 1 Glas zum Trinken etc.. Bett durchgelegen. Über den Zustand der Waschmaschine möchte ich gar nicht erst reden. Insgesamt komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Trotz der tollen Fotos - so nicht empfehlenswert.

The property is modern, has good vibes and is quiet. The Green Goat next door had excellent food so you don’t have to go gar to eat well. Some of the finishes on the property are in need of maintenance and there are minimal amenities. Otherwise the property is in a good location and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Keep in mind there’s nobody on staff on the premises to help you. Everything is via phone call & couldn’t get into our room. They sent us to another room and couldn’t get in that one either. Send us back to our first room. Get inside and it’s filthy. There’s literally a syringe under the bed. We call and tell them there’s no way we’re staying there. Send us to another room and it was also dirty. At that point we’ve had our fill and left. Demanded a refund and they said it would be sent, never received it. This place is obviously foreign owned and no one is checking up on housekeeping. Avoid this place at all costs! Customer service sucks. If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would.

Finding where to park and the check in process is difficult if you booked through a 3rd party. Cleanliness was okay, not perfect. All of the soap dispensers were empty.

Immediate neighborhood is industrial, parking is down the street, building entry is somewhat confusing, suite is bare bones, communication is poor, no toiletries are provided, no towel service during entire nine day stay, keypad to suite failed and maintenance was slow to respond (sat in the hall for an hour). That said, the price is good, walks to Lake Erie, stadiums, restaurants and rock HOF are short.

Pros Real nice modern loft. Very spacious, everything you need away from home. would book again. Fare price for what you get. Gated parking . Pull out safe bed. In room laundry . There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure.
