Cleveland Beach Hotel

"Great hotel, kids loved the poolside room. Pool was huge, hot tub was nice but not real hot. Workout room was good- all the things you need for a quick workout and it was cool inside not hot. Room was small with 2 beds not a ton of room but it worked. Beds not too comfy but we managed. Check in staff lady was super sweet. No breakfast and bar closed early. Also no drinks or food in pool area kinda sucked while watching kids. Great area in walking distance to mall and resturants! Gas arcross street and right off hwy. Would be back if in the area"

"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Surrounded by restaurants and entertainment. A block from baseball stadium. Only drawback is valet parking. Takes awhile to retrieve car."

"Service was ok while checking in, some of the front desk employees seemed aloof and didn’t care if you were standing there waiting in line while someone cut in front of you etc. Also upon check out there was no help offered for the 100$ hold that is placed on your card at check in (which they don’t even tell you about either). The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over night. If your turned the AC down at all (or the temp up) then the room got pretty warm pretty quickly. I also wish we given more that 2 washcloths for showering. Other than that all the other staff were super friendly and helpfull. "

"Our room was clean and nice. However, just walking through the hallways, the floors were dirty and needed to be swept. It gave a negative impression of the hotel at first sight. The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints. Other than that we were satisfied."
