「The parking lot seemed to be pretty far away from the hotel, it took us a while to find the right way to the front desk. Other than that, this was a great experience.」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「Staff is very friendly and accommodating to specific needs. Everything is always neat, clean, orderly and in good repair… especially with the amazingly affordable price. Very welcoming atmosphere. For its price range it is a gem!!! Will be going back. 」

「Clean and quiet property in downtown Pittsburgh. Had some difficulty leaving the Allied garage because my QR code or the scanner wasn’t working, but otherwise a great stay. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.」
