“This hotel truly surprised me! I stayed there twice, and on both occasions, I was very well taken care of by the entire staff. “location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, always very accommodating to our needs. We needed earlier breakfast and they made it happen. They were courteous and hospitable. They stored our luggage while we went around town after checking out. Breakfast was very good and very prompt. ”

I had was an issue with the bathroom they put a door stopper on the floor immediately in front of the toilet it makes it which makes sense because it's protected big glass door. My toes however have a different perspective”
