“Cool location, bit north of Colorado Springs. Easy on, easy off. Room was nice. Staff was nice. ”

“We only stayed one night, but it was clean and the breakfast was good. There were many places to eat in the area. It appears that the area is newly built with new construction still going on. Garden of the gods was not far from this hotel, and is a must see. Don't go by the appearance from the highway! It is magnificent!”

“We had a quick overnight stay and were really impressed. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. There were also plenty of restaurant options nearby, which made dinner easy and convenient. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!”

“Confusing because someone just seated you and didn’t explain the options for Breskfast or the buffet and expensive about the Breakfast that was available”

“So this is a tough review because I did not do my homework and didn’t realize where I was going. These are homes and maybe an old church converted to hotel rooms with the idea of being used for retreats, such as a marriage retreat. So pros: spectacular, hiking, extremely pleasant staff, very clean and a five star breakfast! Cons: this is not a hotel, so there are not amenities in the road, such as refrigerators or televisions. Overall, totally worth it! The castle is spectacular. ”

“There was nothing spectacular about this property. It was average. I know that the front desk staff stayed away from the front desk a lot. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated they cleaned the rooms everyday when we complained because they had not cleaned our room, they said every two days. The toilet was loose, and one of the waffle makers didn’t work properly. Otherwise there were no concerns.”

“Although it was a long wait for a room, we understood being short staffed and with back to back check in and outs kevin did an amazing job.... I stay at woodsprings all the time now while traveling so far they have great employees.. And cant complain about the amazing views ”

“We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.The rooms were not clean at all. The bathroom floor felt sticky, and there were handprints visible on multiple surfaces, which made the room feel unsanitary. In room 407, the mattress on the pull-out bed was absolutely disgusting and appeared to be stained with what looked like blood. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. The pool was another issue. It was ice cold and appeared to be green, which……
