Beautiful vie!

We stayed for 10 days. Beautiful pool and access to a beach that is not over crowded and clean. Many great restaurants all around the strip! Highly recommend it!

Perfect beach location

Perfect location with short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. The second floor location gives great views from the condo. The sound of the waves and views made work days more enjoyable- exactly what I was looking for a couple of days. Thanks for sharing this great space!

Good location, substandard interior

The location of this rental was awesome and it was clean, however, the interior of the condo was awful. The interior doors had large pieces of paint/wood chipped off, the wallpaper had been painted and was peeling off of the walls, two of the chairs on the deck were very close to falling apart to the point that they looked unsafe.

Large unit with everything you need !

It was a very nice property with nice heated pool. Beautiful views of ocean . Beautiful balcony. The only downside was the closet had LOTS of stuff to use for the beach that was awesome to use with sand in them. I think that made the unit smell.i lysoled everything and lit candles and by day 2 it was better. Would stay again!

Property is older and reasonably well-maintained. Lanai cushions could be replaced, an extra set of sheets and a blanket would be useful. The property location was great and a corner unit overlooking the ocean was ideal. All in all, a good value for the money. Would stay there again.

Found windows were nailed shut. Some patio furniture needed to be thrown out rotten material. Coffee filters would have been a nice inexpensive perk.we enjoyed the view.when we arrived couldn’t find our condo then find the elevator

Perfect for the price.

We had an amazing time! The place was clean, had the bare necessities and adequately furnished for the price. The fitted sheets kept popping off the king bed so that was a pain but otherwise no complaints. We also didn’t realize we had garage parking until the next day when we saw the code on one of the fliers in the condo. Might be helpful to put that in the welcome email .

Great Location

The condo was in great need of updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. A few of the windows were broken and wouldn’t open. One of the bedroom windows didn’t have a screen so we couldn’t open it. The other one had holes in the screen. The balcony furniture was obviously old and very uncomfortable, 1 was broken completely. The location was great for ocean views tho.

Cocoa beach

Condo is a great location. On the beach, easy to walk to beach, the pool is great. Easy directions, easy to get in to the condo. The furnishings need a serious redo. The outdoor furniture (which we sat at every day to see the beach) was worn, torn and extremely uncomfortable. I had to sit on a pillow bc the material was so frayed it hurt my skin. Stains in the sink, stains on kitchen seats. The wallpaper in the bathrooms were peeling off. The toilet handle held together with a hair tie on the flushing mechanism (we had to repair 2x). 6 inches of water in the washer from a drip. I did a spin dry to remove it but it came back. Light bulbs out in living room light and main bedroom light. This condo could be a great place. The insides need some serious maintenance.

Great view!

This corner unit has a great view looking at the ocean from inside and outside! It comes stocked with everything you need to get started. The manager was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the deck and the pool, as well as the beach! If you are nit picky, here are some things that may bother you: parking is challenging. There is a garage space, but if you have a large SUV, It's tough getting in and out with cars in parking spaces. Parking spaces are limited in front of the unit. The hall bathroom has peeling wall paper and could use an update. The bedroom with twin beds needs curtains to block out the lights outside the unit at night. That bedroom could also use a mirror and a tv.The blinds in the dining area have panels that fall out when you open or shut them. We were locked out of our unit at least 30 minutes before our check-out time. That was very rude in my opinion, because we took a last walk on the beach before leaving. Luckily, we had already loaded the car. A note for mobility challenged people: the elevator is pretty far from the unit, so if walking is a problem, this would not be a good unit choice for you. There are stairs right in front of the unit, so if you can do stairs, it's faster than walking to the elevator. There are grocery carts available to transport luggage and groceries to the unit via the elevator. We enjoyed the Wizard of Oz museum and eating at the Pier. And, don’t miss visiting Ron John's!

A terrific location and it's own garage parking definitely great advantages. Like many units (we've stayed in six others) it needs additional lighting. Some others have fastened overhead fixtures with fans and lights and have the wires on chains running down the wall. Or, a cheaper yet effective solution is to get several pole lamps. The cabinets could use new hinges, the bathroom faucets could be replaced and a few more dishes wouldn't hurt. Did we like it, we plan to return.

The photographs on the website are way out of date, and need to be updated. The apartment is tired and there was no sign of any generosity. The cupboards were bare of anything but crockery. We were left just 2 dishwasher tablets and a small bottle of washing up liquid, plus 2 toilet rolls. Being from overseas, we did not want to invest is more essentials. Finally to add insult to injury, the cleaning person left us a gratuity envelope so that we could leave a tip when a hefty cleaning fee had already been paid for.
