Great spot in a great location

Beautiful ocean view and thoughtful touches inside the space made this a comfortable and relaxing spot. Kid safe and in a good area for services. Very communicative and helpful host. Had a great stay!

Great place!

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the place and the beach. It has a great view, is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for the beach - chairs an umbrella and sand toys! Bring quarters for the laundry!

Loved the view of the water! Clean rooms. Could be updated a little. Stairs only way to the condo. Could use more towels etc. very nice stay!!

Enjoyable Stay!

Clean quiet complex with close by restaurants. Beach access is convenient. Condo was inviting & relaxing. Have stayed elsewhere in the complex and this is by far the best condo.

Beach Vacation

We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.

View was great

The Diplomat complex is old and run down. To get to the beach you have to walk under a roof that was being held up with support beams . (very unsafe)! Rotten wood and Termite damage was visible everywhere. The actual unit we stayed in was clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Had a great time. Perfect location in Cocoa Beach. Close to Groceries,food, and the beach!!! It is an older complex, but the inside was very well remodeled. Will stay again!! Kevin

Lovely condo

We stayed in the condo for six days on a family trip. The condo was very nice and clean with all the amenities we needed. Gorgeous views of the beach and we were able to witness two rocket launches while we were there. Wonderful stay!

Perfect week at the beach

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo has everything you need for the week. We only needed to make a grocery run for our personal food items - and Publix is right across the street! All the things we needed for the beach were also provided!

Wonderful stay

The condo was fully equipped for everything needed to enjoy the beach. The view was beautiful. If we ever get back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely check to see if the condo is available.

Loved it!!

We had such a great time even though it was rainy during Debby. The location is amazing. You can see rocket launches and cruise ships leave. The place is completely up to date and outfitted. We loved the balcony and the family games. Parking is easy and Publix is across the street.ir

The condo is very nicely updated. The location is perfect. Can walk right to the beach 10 feet away. Can see Cape Canaveral launch towers right from balcony. Thanks for a great place to relax and enjoy the waves of cocoa beach.

Overall great view and modern, well appointed unit. Complex was old though. Pool was small and unappealing. A jacuzzi would be nice. No other amenities. Came for the view and got.it.

Great View of the beach

Great view of the beach/ocean and very short walk to the beach as well. The ocean toys were great for the kids and beach chairs were nice to have. It was great not having to buy those things. The unit was clean and inside looked updated recently. The welcome basket was a nice touch and communication was easy.

Excellent property! The unit was very clean. It was very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms well stocked including shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, and plenty of beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, boards, noodles, sand toys etc.)Management was friendly, helpful, attentive, and informative. We loved the huge patio with comfortable chairs and excellent views of the beach.

Beautiful view!

Such a beautiful view from the 3rd floor! The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of toys and 4 beach chairs to use! So nice to be able to walk down the condos private path right to the beachfront! Be prepared to walk up stairs to reach the apartment.

Excellent Condo

This condo was beautiful and right off of the ocean. This condo had a grocery store and several places to eat right across the street. Robert was very responsive and answered all of my questions right away. Great condo and excellent communication made for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect in every way

It was a last minute trip to see the launch at KSC. I was so glad that check in was simple, location was perfect, and accommodation's were more than comfortable. We also managed to enjoy the beach with many walks and the water was great. Kitchen was appropriately stocked and we cooked all our meals. Publix right across the street was convenient. Beach towels and chairs were helpful, and there were so many friendly people nearby. Waiting for our next visit, would love to stay again. Thanks you!

Alittle piece of paradise

We’ve been coming down to Cocoa Beach for 10 years. Rented from this owner afew times. Property is just as listed. Recently remodeled. Fully furnished. Even has sand toys for the kids. Communication with renter is always easy, polite, and timely. Great location; private beach access. Quiet and clean. Thank you again for another perfect week.

Oceanfront condo

We always enjoy staying in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend get-a-way. We loved the inside of the condo and the porch with a beautiful oceanfront view. We were disappointed with the upkeep of the exterior of the property. The stairs to get to the unit are steep and there is no elevator. There are also cracks that need to be repaired. The feet washing station on the boardwalk area wasn’t working so it was impossible not to track some sand into the unit. Overall, we had a great time, but felt the exterior/amenities of the property need some TLC.
