One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in

The property exceeded our expectations on every count. The building is very well maintained, the pool and all the extra amenities took the stress out of vacationing! The rental itself was clean, nicely decorated and well provisioned. This was a gem of rental and we look forward to returning in the future!

Nice vibes

Everyone was friendly at this place a very chill vibe. The room was perfect for 4 people, 5 was pushing it as there wasnt a good spot for the air mattress altho it was a very good one. Plus the 5th person would have to go to the bathroom in the night so would have to disturb the others sleep as both bathrooms are in bedroom. Make sure 5th and 6th person are kids and youll be fine. Gave it 4 stars because it seemed pretty pricey for an older building. It was renovated but some parts showed its age, for sure showers!

Very subjective because it’s hard not to compare with other places we stay. It’s old and very small. But, it was indeed adequate. The location is great as very short walk to beach. Quiet as most people were mature that were there. We enjoyed the balcony which views the ocean. Close to pier so we could go get a drink while on the beach. We enjoyed many good restaurants nearby as well as close grocery stores. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The management quickly responded if we had a question.

Delightful

Clean and a lot of supplies in the kitchen. Only thing is that the furnitures do look a bit old. View was not as impressive as advertised but still pretty good.

Amazing stay will be back

When we first arrived we loved the outside/upkeep of the property! The paintings on the exterior and the large palm tree painting in the center common area were awesome! As soon as we walked into the room we loved the place even more! The interior of the room was well decorated, clean, and filled with beach supplies. The supplied beach chairs were GREAT and the boogie boards were a blast! The pool and beach access area was very well maintained. The rooftop deck was an incredible view for watching the sunrise or just anytime at all! The geographical location was also fantastic! The pier right next to you, and the stores/restaurants being right up the street made lunch/dinner easy! We absolutely loved everything about this place which made the vacation just that much better!! We will definitely be back to the Chateau By The Sea!!!

Great short stay. Loved easy access to beach and pier. Pool and shuffle board were nice. Quiet at night. Loved that the condo was well stocked.

Just the right stuff!

We had six people, this was perfect, room was good (with some minor issues), allowed pets which was nice, enough towels and ocean gear to use! Close enough to walk to the tiki bar, the pier, the beach store, Dominoes ( for a quick bite on those nights you are just too tired to cook). We had a great time!

Excellent property, great rooftop!

True to photographs. Nice, clean, comfortable unit. Included beach needs as well. The rooftop was great to watch a rocket launch or have an evening beverage. Close to pier (which made the beach a bit crowded on the weekend), restaurants and grocery.

Our family enjoyed this condo, which is close to the pier. They have a great pool, beach access and rooftop deck perfect for viewing sunsets. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. Great place

Chateau by the Sea coco a Beach

loved condo - several issues - air condisher broke, slidind door did not work, twin bed terrible, no umbrella. Main problem was smoking- several condos balcony - mainly first floor by pool - also several smokers at pool every day -suggest you display no smoking signs at pool and upon entering

So much fun!

It was a great week. It wasn’t during “spring break”, so it was not crowded at all! (Which may be why there was no urgency in us getting our parking tags- we got them in the middle of the week and we arrived on a Saturday.) We would definitely go back here for vacation!😎

Good location

We enjoyed our stay here. Really close to terrific restaurants, nice pool and rooftop patio. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. We didn't have our dog with us but like that the building is pet friendly.
