「Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

「Cheerful, helpful staff!! Everything is updated, colorful and functional. Breakfast has good variety and the buffet is continually refreshed. We’ll be looking for other Tru locations as we travel!」

「Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.」

「Rooms are clean hotel was clean water pressure was amazing in the shower wish I could get that at home evening staff was a lot more helpful and nice than the morning breakfast staff Morning person made you feel like it was a bother that the food was gone when the buffet had only been open for a half hour. She had to make more food seem to be a bother. Once food was put out food was okay kitchen is clean. Think bread and bagels could have been fresher.」
