“Lovely building, super nice staff, great food”

“This hotel is 10000/10. Location was perfect. Getsemani is right out the back door, if going to Rosario islands the port is across the street as well as the walled city and La Torre Del Reloj. The rooftop bar, food and view were excellent. The hotel was clean, cute and had a great breakfast buffet or you could order from a menu at the table. We received exceptional service and care from Luis Alfonso. He assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to booking us a taxi at 4 am for……

“This is a small, unique and gorgeous property. The courtyard pool on the ground floor and rooftop pool looking over at the dome of San Pedro Claver are both relaxing and beyond aesthetically adorable. Only 8 rooms makes it feel cozy, safe and private. Location is superb with easy walking distance to anything in the walled city, the port (where you will leave for your day excursions to beach clubs, etc), and the El Parque Centenario/Getsemani neighborhood (not to be missed). “Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!”

“I am requesting a refund for this stay. My second day in the house the ceiling was leaking. I came back after a night out to my Louis Vuitton luggage being destroyed and the clothes in my suitcase destroyed bc the ceiling had leaked onto my items for what had seem to be hours. I contacted the property manager and he sent someone to check on the Problem but the damage had already been done at this point.”

“Me and my family’s review is based on our experience we had at the Hilton during our five nights stay here. We were in contact with the hotel prior to arrival and spoke to multiple employees and explain to them. We are travelling with kids under the age of six and need connecting rooms to our surprise at the time of check-in, they told us they did not have any connecting rooms and will have to give us separate rooms on different sides of the hotel.
