“This was a first visit to a casino hotel. What a great surprise! Great modern foyer space with secure access to the elevators - keycard only provided access to the actual floor. Large reception desk with the area opening up to the casino floor. Personnel could be trained to provide a "welcome story" on the property and the offerings. It would go a long way to encourage full use of the hotel. The room was large, well appointed with refrigerator and coffee machine. A safe was also available along……

“The microwave in the room was faulty and emitting smoke, they would not change my room. That is a safety hazard. ”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in……

“Parking was not sufficient for the amount of guests. We, along with countless other guests, had to park in the neighboring hotel lots and walk over. First hotel I've heard of with only one entrance, at least that is what I was told at check in. Staff was nice, room was clean and nice, breakfast was...well, it was there and we appreciate what it did have.”

“A lovely place to stay in Louisville. Ideal location if coming for themShakespeare festival in nearby Central Park or a morning stroll at Saint James Court. Parking was not a problem. The house is beautifully furnished but the small rooms are not well suited for reading or meeting people. My bedroom was simple but comfortable. The kitchen is convenient. The breakfasts are delicious fruit starters and one main which changes every day. Drip coffee and OJ. Overall, an excellent choice if looking……

“Staff were very friendly, room was clean. Wine, beer and munchies offered from 5:30 to 7pm the 2 nights we were there. Complimentary earplugs were available because the hotel is near the airport. I made use of them and they worked well.”

“There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they……
