「Went in with no expectations and was blown away by how nice it was. I would definitely stay here again. I am currently in a wheelchair and it was very easy for me to get around. I did have to use a walked to get through the hotel room door but my wheelchair is really large so we’ve encountered this many times. Definitely recommend」

「The microwave in the room was faulty and emitting smoke, they would not change my room. That is a safety hazard. 」

「Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...

「Parking was not sufficient for the amount of guests. We, along with countless other guests, had to park in the neighboring hotel lots and walk over. First hotel I've heard of with only one entrance, at least that is what I was told at check in. Staff was nice, room was clean and nice, breakfast was...well, it was there and we appreciate what it did have.」

「Rooms very spacious and clean. Lighting was fair. I found the bedding uncomfortable. Pillows to thick and firm and blanket was very rough even tho between 2 sheets. Toilet was broken and would not flush. By time realized it it was too late to call for maintenance. Bar just OK. Requested 3 times and none in stock. Staff was very pleasant. If you have children with you or are a sports fan the TV is great. If not there isn’t much selection even with all the channels listed. It was fine for 1...

「Staff were very friendly, room was clean. Wine, beer and munchies offered from 5:30 to 7pm the 2 nights we were there. Complimentary earplugs were available because the hotel is near the airport. I made use of them and they worked well.」
