Welcome to the epitome of Colorado living in this well-appointed recently renovated Broadmoor Reserve home. Loaded with natural lighting, this large and spacious home is nestled in the scenic foothills, at the base of spectacular Cheyenne Mountain. The perfect location for special family celebrations, work retreats, and exploring Colorado Springs. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in southwest Colorado Springs, the home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and three living areas.
Relish sunrise and sunsets and striking mountain and city views from the deck and bedroom windows. Nature and wildlife abound. Encounters with deer, bobcats, foxes and bear are possible. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck and light up the night with the fire pit to make wonderful memories. Explore mountains, streams, and canyons. Hike in the nearby Cheyenne State Park. Vacation with Friends

We met friends in Colorado Springs for a long weekend of relaxing and sight seeing. The house was beautiful, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. It was well stocked with essentials, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The fenced in backyard and outside furniture/fire pit were great, and the view out of the front was beautiful. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit!
