The house was excellent for our stay with my son, his wife and my two grandsons, my wife and another son. The rooms were large and spacious, very clean. Beautiful backyard where my grandsons played baseball. David our host could not have been more gracious. The house was fabulous! There were only five of us, so it felt incredibly spacious. The views were spectacular, and the amenities were excellent. We especially loved spending time on the back deck. The house was clean, well-maintained, and the host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The location is perfect, especially if you're attending an event at the Broadmoor Hotel. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home!

Unfortunately, we don’t have anymore weddings. The house was extremely clean. Absolutely love the kitchen…wish I had the kitchen in my house!
