「What was disappointing was my experience with Expedia where I booked my stay. When I booked my room for two night I purchased a protection plan in case plans changed which they did. On first day ,June 6th ,after checking in I alerted hotel that we needed to return home early and would not be staying the second night. 「First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful.」

「On my arrival I had a sneezing, coughing episode. Check the cleaning fluids used in the lobby; could be my system is sensitive but the solvent used maybe a little too strong. Also my floor was went for the entire stay. Other than those two items, the food for breakfast was good. $3.00 for a bottle of water seems excessive. I hope you have me visit again.. Miss Gibson」
