「The room was filthy. There were chunks of food on the counter as well as the floors. The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. We asked for a different room but they were all booked. We wound up getting a refund and going to a different hotel even though it was around midnight.」

「Our room for 2 nights was not clean ... it smelled overpoweringly awful - like pet feces and urine. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. We would have asked for a different room, but the hotel was overbooked for the weekend and the front desk was turning people who had reservations away. And there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, and there were not enough bath towels or washcloths ... had to go buy all of those items from a nearby Target.」
