Paris Comedie-Francaise Hotels

"Had a warm welcome at the outset and throughout our stay from friendly staff. Hotel was well located and an easy stroll to the Louvre. We had a family room with two connected rooms and together there was plenty of space. Very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and reasonable choice. Spa was nice, small pool with jacuzzi jets which needs to be booked and a sauna and steam room. Hotel doesn’t have an evening restaurant but there is a takeaway service and plenty of laces to eat nearby. Highly recommended "

"The room was small but clean. Had everything we needed for visiting Paris. Close to the Metro stop, close to the Louvre, great breakfast, water in the fridge, cute boutique garden and entry. The staff were exceptional. Everyone greeted us and helped us with getting our weekly metro pass which requires a photo. We loved the “French” feel. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows. We had no problems with WiFi or storage. Having been to Paris 8 times previously, we really enjoyed this stay. "

"Rooms are old apartments. Ours had wood floors and very different furnishings than shown online. It was very warm and there was no air conditioning as in hotels so be aware as we didn’t see that posted. Common areas are clean. Desk clerks are sufficient but not overly friendly. You service your own apartment while there. Not a problem. Best is location, around the corner from many incredible restaurants as well as sites. Bus stop directly in front to get you around town easily. Train from airport just a 4-5 minute walk. If these cute apartments were to be updated, modernized a bit, we would stay again."

"The photos do not match! The hotel is genuinely in need of renovation. Stepping out of the elevator on the second floor, you could easily fall. The shower hose was broken first first day, so we were unable to take a shower; consequently, the bathtub had not been cleaned either. There was no shampoo. Businesses should operate honestly and issue refunds for services that were not provided; we are entitled to a refund for that one night."
